At Licar Management we strive to offer the highest standards for our tenants with clean, quiet and well maintained rental units. We offer a wide variety of apartments, townhomes and houses. 

All of our units are completely cleaned and professionally steam cleaned prior to tenants moving in, and the majority of our units are freshly painted between tenants. We have an extensive maintenance staff to ensure any problems are taken care of as quickly as possible.

All of our apartment buildings and the majority of our townhomes have professional resident managers or caretakers. Our managers are trained to be friendly and professional and have high standards for building cleanliness and tenant placement. We have zero tolerance for parties or disturbances. Noise problems are dealt with as quickly as possible if they do arise. For units without an on-site manager we have a twenty-four hour emergency line. If our tenants have any problems day or night someone can be reached within 15 minutes. Whether it is a maintenance emergency problem or a problem with noise, someone will attend.

We also offer a senior citizen discount of $40 per month.
